Messari hosts one of the most comprehensive crypto databases, but its depth isn’t obvious to casual users. New users weren’t signing up through the project pages, and existing ones weren’t upgrading.
I led the Project Page revamp to change that, making insights more visual, easier to navigate, and powered by AI to surface what matters most.

Through alignment workshops, rapid iteration, analytics review, and close collaboration with my PM, I arrived at the final design.

Not only are daily active users increasing, but interaction with AI insights is improving - past data shows that users of our AI features are 10x more likely to return to the product.
Continual enhancements are being made to the project pages. In collaboration with the project’s PM, I will be leading the charge 0→1 for a new social sub-page and improvements to the fundraising pages.
